Official AL-HALAL TOURISM Booking Form must be completely in by the pilgrim.

Payment Schedule: The payment for the tour should be made in the following order – 25% at the time of booking, 50% after one month from the date of booking, and the remaining 25% should be paid one month prior to the departure.

Payment Method: Payments should be made by cheque or demand draft drawn in favor of “AL-HALAL TOURISM,” Bengaluru.

International Passport: Each intending pilgrim must possess an international passport as traveling will be under the Basic Travel Quota Scheme.

Basic Travel Quota: As per the Government rules, a pilgrim is entitled to get up to USD 10,000 under the Basic Travel Quota Scheme every year from an RBI authorized foreign exchange dealer. The dollar component of the chosen package must be either transferred through bankers to the hotels abroad or paid by the pilgrim on the first day of the tour.

Cancellation Charges: In case of booking cancellation, the following charges shall be deducted:

Prior to 60 days of departure: 25%

Prior to 14 days of departure: 50%

Within 14 days of departure or No Show: 75%—100%

Disclaimer of Responsibility: AL-HALAL TOURISM accepts no responsibility for luggage losses, injuries, damages, accidents, additional expenses due to flight delays, misconnections, sickness, bad weather, strikes, war, quarantine breakdown, transport breakdown, or airport closure due to war, etc.

Role of AL-HALAL TOURISM: AL-HALAL TOURISM is a Hajj, Umrah, and Ziyarat Tour Organizer and does not control or operate any airline, hotel, transport, laundry, or other facilities or services mentioned in the brochure. The tour operator selects and inspects the elements of the package but has no control over their operations.

Alterations and Changes: Due to unavoidable circumstances, changes and alterations in the package may be made regarding hotels, transportation, or stay period. AL-HALAL TOURISM reserves the right to make such alterations, which the pilgrim must accept. No refund or claim shall be entertained in such cases.

Companionship with the Group: Once the pilgrim enters Saudi Arabia, they are not allowed to give up their companionship with the group. If a pilgrim decides to quit, no refund shall be applicable.

Room Service: Room service is not available.

Inclusions and Exclusions: The pilgrim should refer to the latest brochure for details of inclusions and exclusions of the chosen package.

Government Restrictions: If any country hinders or stops a pilgrim from entering its boundaries due to past references, epidemic outbreaks, political strikes, war, or airport closures, AL-HALAL TOURISM shall not be held responsible, and no refund shall be applicable.

Baggage Allowance: Free baggage allowance will be as per the rules of the airlines, and any extra charges for excess baggage will be borne by the pilgrims.

Limitation of Liability: AL-HALAL TOURISM’s liability arising from the contract in respect to any tour shall not exceed the total amount paid for the tour and shall not include any consequential damages.

Client Satisfaction and Complaints: Client satisfaction is a prime consideration for AL-HALAL TOURISM. Any claims or complaints should be reported immediately during the pilgrimage to provide an opportunity for rectification. The tour operator shall not accept liability for claims that are not reported immediately.

Partial Utilization: Partly utilized services are considered fully utilized, and no refund.

For all claims, disputes of whatever nature relating to the tours marketed/coordinated by AL-HALAL TOURISM, the courts in Bengaluru shall alone have jurisdiction.
